I want to thank you for all that you have done. You and your company are a breath of fresh air, literally. It is so refreshing to me to have found a company that still believes in and utilizes solid work standards and practices. Things that many have forgotten, never known, or simply choose not to employ.

With the mold remediation that I had to have done with my house, I had to deal with quite a few contractors. The work that you and your company performed was the only aspect that was handled honestly, professionally, and thoroughly. You were an absolute pleasure to work with, and the only one that I had complete confidence and trust in.

The mold spores had been drawn from the source of growth into my entire HVAC system. As my system (3 ton, 10 SEER Trane) was 20 years old, it was on borrowed time. You installed the much more efficient 16 SEER Trane condensing unit and Air handler. Your excellent recommendation of adding the UV Light Micropure whole house air purifier and the Electronic filter/air cleaner were things that I was not aware of but, am absolutely thrilled with! I wish I had these in this house sooner and in the other houses that I have ever owned. The air quality is amazing, thanks to you!

Hi Eric,

Just wanted to say thank you for a such terrific job you did a couple of weeks ago installing a new Bryant/Carrier system in my condo. I was really impressed with you being right on time, and your totally professional appearance and work from beginning to end. I really appreciate the fact that you were able to swap out all the parts from the new air handler to the existing air handler cabinet which was built into the interior wall, saving me from any additional time, money, and construction mess. I am truly amazed that you and your assistant completed the job in under 4 hours!

By the way, I also appreciate how you were able to get all the right parts using the phone and text/pics, and then emailing an estimate to me without making an initial visit which would have just wasted time for both of us.

I know you were limited to the system that could be installed as it had to be an exact replacement. However, I am very happy with the system so far. It cools quickly and seems to operate more efficiently than the older technology it replaced. And very important for me your pricing was   excellent.

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to Eric and his team for their promptness, courtesy and overall professionalism in solving my HVAC issue. I just purchase a foreclosed home that we thought had a functioning HVAC system based on the inspection, but only needed a charge. What we found is that we had a mismatched system (2.5-Ton Heat Pump and 4-Ton Air Handler) which were well past their serviceable age.

Given the expense of installing a system, I wasn’t able to just pay out of pocket to have one installed. Fortunately our weather has been very mild, but knew the heat would be approaching soon. Eric was very aware of that fact and worked with me in finding a solid financing solution, after filling out a simple application, we were approved and the unit was installed very quickly.

During install, Eric and team worked quickly and cleanly, explaining the installation and what they had done, in addition to making sure we had their information for any future service issues.   I am very impressed with all my conversations and the service we received. I must say it’s very hard to find such quality individuals in the service industry, especially those that understand the meaning of building a solid business through their words and actions.

Unfortunately I could not take off from work to meet you in person but the professionalism you displayed in our telephone conversations and email correspondence was more than adequate to support my decision to contract with you. I certainly have an appreciation for the respect you show towards your customers and the time you take to discuss available options and explain your process. You and your partner did a terrific job on the installation and the Rheem unit is a nice fit and replacement for the old Trane. I also appreciate the fact that that you supported my decision to go with the Rheem and did not pressure me into spending my hard earned money on a more expensive unit that could not be justified. Just a quick note to thank you and Tillman for the A/C install.

What I liked:

The price.

That I could go on the website and find a price for the system I needed, installed.

That I could get an email estimate/proposal immediately.

That I did not need to haggle or request a lower priced system.

That you responded by email and text immediately.

That you had the system in stock in town and could install immediately.

That you were flexible in working around with my work schedule to be at the house for the install.

That the hallway and work areas looked the same before and after the installation – great clean-up.

That there were no surprises on the job – (cost increases).

My initial quote from an old time HVAC company in town had two options, $5400 and $4300. After asking for a lower priced system the price became $3400. You installed the identical system for $2700.

Hello Eric,

Just wanted to give my feedback on how much I appreciated the help and prompt response from Flcooling.

I own two condo units in St. Augustine, that I manage remotely from MA. Not an easy task. I do have my trusty contractors that I can call whenever there’s a need. But that’s not really true when it came to HVAC.

One of the units had constant A/C problems to the point that the equipment needed replacement.

The contractor that I was working with just didn’t have the same feeling of urgency as mine, since my tenants were left out pretty much without cooling. This process was dragging on for about 15 days without any positive action from the contractor into getting there and do the job.

Without any other resort to go to, I did a search in the internet and found FLcooling and Eric called me back in the same hour and was ready to go to replace the unit the very next day! That was already a big plus. Not counting that he saved me hundreds of dollars compared to the quote from the other contractor who overestimated the size and price of the replacement.

I do have under my belt over 30 years in the service field working for a Fortune 10 Company as an engineer and could see all the qualities that we always strive for in FLCooling. In the position as a customer I would rate FLCooling 5 stars and two Thumbs up!

I want to thank you for the prompt service on my A/C request. I chose your company due to your prompt information, fast assistance on the financing, and the great customer service. I shopped around with 4 other companies to get estimates, etc. 3 companies never bothered to contact me back and the 4th came in too high and offered no financing. With this economy, it is hard to find great customer service or companies who actually want the customers business!! Please know that your service was amazing.

months ago that if you ever needed a recommendation I would be glad to give it.

“A few years ago I had to replace my air conditioner. That is a scary position to be in.

The big question is always: Who can I trust? Looking through lists of AC contractors…somehow

I focused in on “Florida Cooling”…maybe it was prayer, but whatever, I found myself talking with Eric.

Subject: Heat and A/C Experience Via The Web Site

I purchased a new central heat and air combo last year to take advantage of the Federal tax credit available units and the entire process was very easy. I placed the order online and the installation went very well and the unit is so quiet and works very very well compared to the old unit that was approximately 15 years old!

I would not have done it any other way. The tools available on the web site are also very useful in properly sizing your system and the entire process went very very well. I would also recommend the units to anyone. So far I am using about 1/3 less electricity for my cooling needs with a 15 seer A/C unit and look forward to a similar performance or better with the heat unit especially after I finish installing the new attic insulation that I bought with the federal tax credit from the feds!.

We are very happy with the 4 ton AC I purchased. We are experiencing much lower electric bills and we are very comfortable.
